The first commercially released application enables real time, 24/7 RFID temperature monitoring in supermarket freezer and chilled food areas utilising the Comtrol Device Master RTS to communicate with serial devices over an Ethernet Network.

CDK have partnered with Comtrol to supply real time remote monitoring of supermarket freezing and cold storage units. The product utilises specially manufactured Protrac ID low temperature RFID transmitter tags. The system is proven and currently being deployed in a major supermarket chain.
